Ipill is an emergency contraceptive pill, meaning that it has to be used in circumstances when your other contraceptive measure is likely to fail (rupture of condom/ missed pills) or when there is unprotected intercourse. It should not be used as a regular contraceptive. It can be taken within 72 Hours of unprotected intercourse, but efficacy Is highest when taken soon after act.
