Sir my mother is suffering from fever since 15 days today doctor has report 17.5 ml water in lungs. So much vomiting, today doctor has taken water from lungs 5 ml and for test, report came and it is showing pluride fluid 13.6 U/l, polymorphism 92%,lucocyte-6%along with that cbc report and LFT test done. Report TLC 21600, dlc- polymorphism - 84, lucocyte-11, LFT test report-SGPT-40, SGOT-101, ALkaline phosphate-473, S. Bribluni-1.0albumin-2.2all urea. Na, k.normal. Please immediately suggest because nor able to understand no doctor. TLC was 15000 on 2 May TLC was 19000 on 5 May and now 21600. My mother is admitted on 05. May all widal test and malarial test normal. Please immediately suggest. My mother has diagnosed with tebroclosis. And clear all medicine total 6.5 month in Feb 18.

As of now it seems she is suffering from superadded secondary bacterial infection and we will have to adjust her antibiotics after clinical examination and plan for symptomatic treatment along with her TB medication.
