I have a high range of ESR normal range is 15 but mine is 68 and my LFT tst ALAT is 97 but normal is 40 and normal hemoglobin range is 11 but mine is 9.9.

Hi Lybrate user take Eossinowin leham 10gm two times a day with milk empty stomach. Take Drakshadi leham 10gm two times a day. Take syp Ashwagandharishtam 20 ml two times a day. Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs. Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet. Tc thanks Regards.
