29 year old male, has schizophrenia for the past 5 years, taking clozapine 50 mg amisulpride 1200 mg. Want to reduce the dosage. How to taper off it? Will reducing dosage affect in a negative way?

As schizophrenia is a complex mental disorder. Reducing or tappering of dosages may result in relapse. So tappering and dosage adjustment must be done under a guidance of psychiatrist only.
