At this age you will have many body n hair changes coz of hormonal imbalance .Some boys show early changes n few show later on so its absolutely normal to have mushtache .So dont worry .
If you dont want dem u can just shave it off but once u start doing shaving ,u have to do it frequently n also hair ll be more thick . so i ll suggest u not to do anything abt it .
