I am 45 year old female. 2 years ago my uterus with right ovary has been removed due to fibroids. Week ago I had a little strain above the hips. Then the pain became sever. Now the pain has been moved to my left thigh. I can not even walk or move due to pain. Today I have done my ultrasound test and the impression came to be mild splenomegaly and 'Lt OVARIAN SIMPLE cyst so does the pain has any connection with the cyst. Please inform me with the informations.

This pain is not due to ovarian cyst ,according to your description it appears to be muscular or joint pain, apply volini gel locally and do hot for mentation, if still pain is not relieved consult a orthopaedician for the pain.
