I'm facing chest pain from last 1 year started when I got typhoid. It was severe and unbearable at the moment but It stopped after the treatment for typhoid but it has come back recently 6 months ago. I went to a doctor, turns out I have severe hypertension. 210/110. They gave me Tramadol for the pain and suggested 2D Echo. 2D echo was negative and he said the chest pain isn't due to any cardiac reason. I also did a chest and abdomen sonography, which had 2 problems. 1.Gall bladder: Optimally distended. 2.Urinary Bladder: Partially distended. My main question is that do I have any underlying condition that could be the reason for the pain? Pancreatitis or any other? My hypertension and chest pain had no explanation by any doctor whatsoever. I'm 16 and weight 75 kg. Thank you.
