I have stuttering problem since when I was 7 years old, mostly with strangers. Sometimes I can speak properly but suddenly remember that I have stammering then again I'm starting to stutter. I can sing but can't speak properly. I'm 22 years old now and I need to get rid of it. If someone have a confident opinion about this please help.

Hello, As you have rightly pointed out that you suddenly remember that you have a stuttering and thus it increases your problem. Fluency is a habit and you require to maintain the habit. Anticipation leads to increase in stuttering. You need to consult a speech therapist nearby or online for systematic treatment. Regards.
