Better to show to a general surgeon or a gastroenterologist if you are having those symptoms. If bleeding, most commonly it is due to piles or fissure. If a local cause is found, they would treat the same. They would do a colonoscopy / upper GI Scopy if no local cause is found and Biopsy if a growth is seen. They may ask for CT scan and / or MRI if cancer detected. The cancer is curable in most of the cases if detected at an earlier stage.
