I have an ovarian cyst. First month it is diagnosed through ultrasound sonography it was 32 mm on right ovary. After that my Dr. continues my follicular study but ovary size is 12 mm in every study it was not growing so she put me on femilon for next month and checked again now the cyst is 26 mm again my Dr. continues my follicular study this month and ovary size is 11 mm this time and not growing. Today my Dr. suggested me to take femilon for two months. I am worried about that I want to conceive as soon as possible. What should I do. Please suggest. Femilon is safe for two month? Or I should wait for naturally disappear of cyst? May I could be pregnant in future or not? Please help me.

Ovarian cysts usually disappear in a few months but can cause complications if they don't. Most ovarian cysts don't cause symptoms. In some cases, menstrual irregularities, pain during intercourse or irregular bowel movements can occur. Many cysts go away on their own. If not, treatments are contraceptive pills or surgery.
