I'm 6 weeks pregnant. My hba1c is 7.4 tsh report is 6.84 .my blood sugars uncontrolled since 8 months. Is it safe to continue pregnancy.

You can continue pregnancy if you are keen to have baby provided you strictly controlling your Diabetes and Hypothyroidism by taking Tab. Thyromorm and Diet control regularly - low carb and alternative diet recommended by Endocrinologist & dietian with goal of Hb1CAg around 7 and S.TSH around 2 to 3 through out the pregnancy and supervised by Gynaecologist and Endocrinologist for safe pregnancy outcome at the end of 9 months.
