On the 12th day of my menses cycle no dominant follicle was seen on either side On 14th day of the cycle follicle was seen of size 12*12 mm (right ovary) and 9*9 mm (left ovary). On 18th day of the cycle the size of follicle was same I want to know can the size be increased or pregnancy is possible with this size?

Dear lybrate-user Follicles reaches maturity at about 18-22 mm size (about on Day 14). Then the follicle ruptures to release the egg which may now be fertilized by sperm. Your follicles are too small. Your smallest should be about 18 mm before rupture. So pregnancy is not possible with immature follicles. Consult infertility specialist for further treatment.
