I am 26 years old. I am married. I had irregular periods.in December 2017 I got to know that I have hypothyroidism, pcos. I took treatment 3 months for those. Then pcod cleared, tsh also normal in march. Then I had 29 days cycle. I am trying to get conceive. So my LMP is 17 april.in this month I still not get my periods. U don't have symptoms of pregnancy. Now my doubt is ,am I pregnant or my periods are late again as before treatment. Can pcos come again after stopping take medicine? Please help me.

Can do a pregnancy test to confirm. Pcos is actually the nature of the ovaries, this cannot change, but metabolic and hormonal correction along with ovulation inducing agents should help you to conceive.
