SIR, I'M men of 47 yr. Old. For last two - three months when I press (little hard) my left breast nipple I feel little bit pain but my right site is ok no pain please tell what is that. How to over come from it.

Better to see a breast surgeon for the same, who would examine you and if needed ask for an ultrasound or a mammogram. Joggers nipple is when the nipple gets sensitised due to constant brushing with the clothes while running. Also there could be dermatitis which can cause soreness of nipple. The other reason could be gynaecomastia which is painful in a few patients. Other cause is due to Pagets disease or cancer, which are rare in males.
