Kindly understand that the reason behind piles is constipation followed by straining. Avoid that in whatever way possible, you will be relieved. Planty of water (2 litres/day) intake often helps. Try to add fibres to your diet. Sprouted moong, salads are very good. For now, try Hot sitz bath and apply ointment.

Keep stools soft so that they don't put pressure on the piles. When the stools are soft, you won't need to strain when you go to the toilet. This will reduce the bleeding, itching & protruding of piles. You can keep the stools soft by: 1. Eating plenty of fibre rich food, in the form of fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. 2. Staying away from processed foods and meat as far as possible. 3. Drinking lots of water and fruit juices. Drinking lots of water softens the stools. Drink atleast eight glasses of water. Certain Home Remedies you can try are: 1. Soak 3-4 dry figs in water overnight. Have the figs along with water in which it was soaked first thing in the morning and repeat the process in the evening. The seeds in the figs help to remove the faeces and keeps the alimentary canal clean. 2. Seeds of the mango is a very effective remedy for bleeding piles. Dry the seeds and powder them. Store in a jar and have 1-2 gms daily with or without honey. 3. Grated radish mixed with honey helps treat piles. Half a glass of white radish juice taken with a pinch of salt twice a day. Grind radish into a paste and mix with milk. Apply this over inflamed hemorrhoids to relieve pain and swelling. Now coming to your periods problems. Pain during first few days of periods is normal, till the time is starts affecting your daily life. If the pain is too much, please get a ultrasound lower abdomen done to rule out any ovarian cyst problem. Also, get a hormonal assay done - progesterone & estrogen.
