My friend had unprotected sex and took ipill within 5 hours. Now after shes bleeding after 8 days. Does that mean pregnancy or it rules out pregnancy? Shes really worried as shes not ready for pregnancy.

Normally it is ruling out pregnancy, but its better to recheck with pregnancy card test about 4 weeks of your sex. Ipills are emergency pills not routine. Means it is not safe to have sex and then have I pills after each session. They are hormonal pills with higher contents of hormones than normal contraceptive pills, if you want to continue regular sex consult Obstetrician (Doctors with degree often written as Ms. (O & G), or MD (O & G, or DGO or DNB (O &G). Find right doctor. There are enough doctors in India with these particular degrees. Normally for younger people Oral Contraceptive pills are best options to avoid pregnancy, but you can discuss other options with your obstetrician. Don't rely on condoms they have higher failure rates as per pregnancy is concerned. But it is still better to have condoms along with definitive method, because they save you from unwanted pregnancy as well as from sexually transmitted diseases. I'll highly recommend you HPV vaccine. You should see an Obstetrician and should tell her to immunize you for HPV (Human Papilloma Virus).
