There are so many causes of such painless swelling over both legs. It may be due to less proeins in blood, poor kidney function, poor cardiac function, insufficient venous return, prolonged standing etc. Hence you have to consult a Physician for proper answer and treatment.

It appears that swelling of your legs is due to varicose veins problem pl do not keep your legs hanging for long and take lot of water and salads/fruits daily and less fried food.
