I am having Fistula (piles facing outside at the anus) for past 3 years. Carelessly I was doing any treatment for it. Now from last 3 days it is giving me heavy pain. There is no sign of bleeding but at the time of doing toilet I am getting burning at that point. What I should do in this condition. Thanks in advance.
