I got operated for deviated nasal septum in 2013 but now same issue persists with frequent nose blockage and breathing problem. Got CT scan for the same and the deviated septum is confirmed once again. Dr. suggested me to again go for the surgery but I am not sure whether it would be a permanent solution. Or shall I use steroid nasal spray for lifetime? Please suggest a permanent solution I am quite frustrated now.

Deviated nasal septum and allergic rhinitis are 2 different things but both of them together have synergistic effect. .if dns is causing functional problem even after treating allergic rhinitis. .pls correct deviated part. Before that diagnostic nasal endoscopy by expert hand should be done..
