I am suffering from anal fissure for one month is there any possibility for colon cancer.

Fissure is usually due to hard stools. Usually it is not associated with colon cancer. Rarely, if colon cancer leads to constipation and hard stools, then it may lead to fissure. Rectal cancers are associated with piles due to blockage of the rectal veins by the tumour.
