Fissure is usually due to hard stools. Usually it is not associated with colon cancer. Rarely, if colon cancer leads to constipation and hard stools, then it may lead to fissure. Rectal cancers are associated with piles due to blockage of the rectal veins by the tumour. Better to see a Surgical oncologist or a colorectal surgeon if you are worried about the same Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
