Is swelling in throat due to allergy and tonsils same? If I have tonsils or swelling during allergy should I have to take tonsils treatment?

Allergy amd Tonsil isssue are 2 different entities which are closely connected.If you have allergy there are more chances that you will get tonsil infections very often. If allergy associated with throat pain then antibiotics required. If tonsils causing problem even after allergy treatment then tonsil needs to be removed
