My son is 3 months old. His reducing substance test is positive and doctor has suggested us to give isomil to him and when I give breastfeed to him first I add 4 drops of yamoo drops. Now he passes stool little dense but there is a yogurt type smell from his stool. Doctor has suggested me to give zinc sulphate oral solution to him. Kindly suggest me in how much time my baby will be completely fine. Please tell me do I need to change my diet also.

Stool reducing substance being positive means lactose intolerance. I agree with the treatment. You can cut down lactose (milk) in your diet. Sometimes lactose intolerance settles on its own depending on severity. Some kids can tolerate some amount of milk but not too much. So you Will have to wait to see whats tolerable for your baby.
