I am a 24 years old female unmarried but in a relationship physically involved. I have noticed from 2-3 days thats there is a liquid secretion from my breasts only on squeezing .besides this I do not have any problem or pain ir does not have any changes in my breasts. What could b the reason for this secretion from my breasts?

There could be multiple causes for nipple discharge. Better to see a breast surgeon or a Surgical oncologist, who would examine you and if needed, ask for an ultrasound examination. The history and examination would determine if the discharge is unilateral or bilateral, single duct or multiduct and the colour of discharge serous, milky, pus, greenish or blood stained. The cause of various discharges are as follows: Milky: lactation, hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia due to drugs or pituitary tumor.
