I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. I am currently on thyroxine 125 mcg. For regulating my periods, I'm taking Dronis 30 for the last 8 months or so. Prior to that, I used to take regestrone every month for 3 days to get my periods, but on consulting doctor she recommended switching to dronis30 tablets. I want to know till when I should continue taking these tablets. I have been having indigestion issues ever since I switched to dronis 30. Also, for past few months, I've been getting recurrent headaches. I suspect it could be because of dronis 30 as well. (I got my eyesight tested and that is not the cause). Can I switch back to the 3-day regestrone routine? Please advise. Thanks.

That depends on the need. If you are planning a pregnancy. Stop dronis n start ovulation induction plus other supportive measures. If no such plans as of now, duphastan will be a better choice instead of registrone.
