Bleeding from last 2 days and stomach pain slightly. Is this a sign of pregnancy because 4 days before we had an intercourse but I didn't ejaculate in her after that day next morning she suffers from headache and from evening bleeding and stomach pain till today. Is this a sigh of pregnancy.
