My wife is now 8 weeks pregnant. She is diagnosed with DCDA gestation with live fetus of GA 6w4d in 1st sac and 2nd empty G sac on 7 April 18. Now her sugar level is F 139 and PP 206. Urine Sugar F Nil and PP 3+. Is the pregnancy difficult? What needs to be done? Ultrasound follow up is also advised at around 6th June. Please suggest?
