Its an unfortunate incident. My father has HIV. My 1 years old baby scratched my father on his forehead. There was a slight blood line came. My son kept his finger into his mouth. I am not in a position to react at that particular time. It happened almost 9 months back. Is there any chance that the baby to get the Viral infection?

Normally HIV transmission by such incidents are not reported, there is no chance of HIV transmission unless there was a blood to blood contact. For getting a clear picture you can get your baby's blood tested for HIV as it's already a 9 months old case. Thanks.
