While removing teeth at UPPER right side sinus perforation happened, doctor called maxofacial surgeon he removed everything and stitched that part and advice me to not blow or intake air from mouth, do take cold food ,no hard food, know I feel swelling is less and pain is less, he told to remove stich after 7 days and sinus perforation will close ,and also advice to talk less, antibiotics and pain killer have been advice. Please advice.
