Hello doctor I am 24 years old now. Unmarried. Ultrasound scan report of abdomen and pelvis says Right ovary: 312116 mm, vol:6 cc immature follicles seen Left ovary: 322518 mm, vol-8 cc, immature follicles seen. I am exercising and have better progress in weight loss. Suggest me what to do with the hormonal imbalance. I request a Gynaecologist to reply with an explanation about my report.

Hello, You have not mentioned that menstrual cycle day , on which this ultrasound has been done. Its important as immature follicles are common from day 5-day 10 of a woman's menstrual cycle. regards
