My Son at 3m was diagnosed ALL without MLL. At the time of Dx TLC was 584,000.Currently in Induction at 8th days TLC was 890 only. Yesterday having D+14 bone marrow result is 14%.What will be the prognosis. Is treatment responded +ve .Please any advice.

He will require high risk protocol for sure and the. Day + 28 marrow mrd will determine whether he requeries stem cell transplant or not We need to see at FMRI gurogan with the protocol.
