I am female age 38 years diagnosed with psoriasis arthritis since 2010 taking medication folitrax 12. 5 mg saaz ds 1gm twice daily along with folic acid calcium powder once in a month. Recently I was diagnosed having osteoarthritis in both knee grade II. Taking osetoflex tablets for the same. More what can I do to avoid damage to knees. My current weight is 83 kg I have started dieting to reduce weight but some time I can not exercise fearing I could injure my knee. Please advice.
