My mother 50 years old she has liver cancer which is spread whole belly if any surgery to cure this? Is any chance to cure or stable?

Liver cancer with ascites due to peritoneal metastasis is usually considered inoperable. Only palliative therapy with targeted therapy like sorafenib may be considered. (works in HCC, not cholangioca) Feel free to share the reports and to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
