I am suffering from depression. Everything was going very well. About 4 months ago due to stomach problem, I did vomiting, after that I started experiencing depression. After few days I had to give an exam & for the first time I experienced panic attacks during an exam. After 1 month, I started experiencing headaches & sweating in legs. Red spots developed on my palms & skin of both palm dried. Although these problems are now cured without medication. But still I experience depression, anxiety & not able to focus, eat properly. I feel restless & tired. Kindly advise.
