Hello, Thanks for the query. The blood glucose levels mentioned (both fasting and after food) are too high, suggesting totally uncontrolled diabetes. This needs to be controlled immediately. This is a stage of hyperglycemia. Take advice from endocrinologist along with diabetic diet.
