Hello, Dydrogesterone, used for variety of indication, such as miss carriage, restoration of pregnancy, infertility and dysmenorrhoea. What's your need to use Dydrogesterone. If it is against dysmenorrhoea, you need ro opt underlying norms, apart from medication.@ Pulsatilla 30 -5 droop, Avoid ,junkfood, alcohol and Nicotine. Tk, care.
