I'm suffering from scrotum itching problem since 1 years. I had already been consulted many dermatologist but my problem is not currently permanently. I have been used many steroid ointment such as miconazole, betamethasone, clotrimazole etc. Please suggest me permanent solution. I'm 27 years old male.

The answer is you are suffering from as scrotal dermatitis. It may not be fungal or it is fungal plus damage to skin because of itching. It will take some time but will come under control. 1) Stop all applications 2) Use Aveeno lotion once a day to repair the damaged skin 3) take tablet teczine 5 mg one tablet at night for 3 week 4) Take cap Syntran 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks (to treat any fungal infection by oral drugs and not topical application) 5) Apply tacrolimus 0.03% once at night for 1 months. 6) Control your hands. 7) keep nails short.
