I completed my Hepatitis C 24-Weeks treatment with Sovaldi and Xolox dated 26-06-2016 i.e almost 2 years ago. My PCR Qualitative result after 6 months of treatment (1 and half year ago) was "Not Detected" Yesterday I went to Barber for Hair cutting with my son aged 7.5 years old. I doubt that Barber used the same Hair Blade on my son that was used on me for removing hair from the area between head and neck. I am worried about it for any risk of transmitting Hepatitis C virus to my son. Is there any risk?

As you are negative now there is no risk and Hepatitis C is usually spread when blood from a person infected with the Hepatitis C virus enters the body of someone who is not infected
