I usually get frequent sleepy attacks in daytime and I am certainly dreadful about it. Like if I lay down on bed for a moment I fall asleep automatically and then I think something peculiar in my mind which relate some recent incidents with some other of what I have been actually thinking of in reality which I think is hallucination. I take a 6 hour sleep in night then also I am feeling dizzy and sleepy throughout the day. Please suggest me to overcome this problem.

First of all get your vitamin d and calcium level check. We have seen that more than half of the patients of excessive sleepiness have vit d deficiency. If its not a case of deficiency then homoeopathy will surely be helpfull.
