Sir hiv elisa lab observation value is 0.199 and reference cut of value is -0.352 they tell itz negative as I did tiz test at 4 month after exposure. Now I have a open sores on my pennis it is painless is this hiv causing me please tell anyone is my test conclusive.

You have 3 option for testing before 3 month you have to go for HIV 1 PROVIRAL DNA TEST IN BETWEEN 3 MONTH TO 6 MONTH you can go for HIV DUO test or HIV 1 Proviral DNA test after 6 month of test you can use HIV Antibody test or HIV DUO test or HIV 1 Proviral DNA test do according this advise.
