I am male 43. ,my serum creatinine is 1.4 ,blood urea and uric acid is normal, traces of protein is present in Urine R/M rest everything is normal, I am hypertensive and taking olmesar 40 ,Do I Need any medication please suggest.

Hi lybrate-user, Creatinine of 1.4 is slightly high. While it is likely due to high blood pressure, its prudent you get routine evaluation for kidneys to ensure no other problem is going on. This typically involves complete urine examination (you had urine routine done which should be ok if all parameters in that were normal), a kidney ultrasound with doppler.
