How a smoker can keep his lungs in a good condition without hampering smoking for at least of minimum of five cigarettes in a whole day?

That idea is a pipe dream. Even one cigarette a day is harmful because tobacco smoke contains at least 4000 chemical substances. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. Over a period of time lung patches form and those areas become defunct and will hamper oxygen absorption and you will feel loss of stamina and breathlessness. Things like how much you inhale, how long you retain the smoke and how many cigarettes you smoke will impact the effects of the substance. Ideally you should quit all smoking and live a healthy life, period.
