Hello, I am 31 years old. Today I am suffering from gas. Sunday my husband checked my bp at home 125/90. Yesterday I had checked my blood pressure 130/80. Today at doctors chamber it was around 160/100 at pulse 98. All the time I feel anxiety (specially at doctors chamber) when someone measures my blood pressure (seeing sphygmomanometer). Any sudden doctor hence prescribe me a higher dose of medicine. I am on concor cor 2.5. I am getting frustrated. Please advice me what should I do?

Just relax. I would suggest you to join some yoga and meditation group. Also follow a healthy lifestyle with proper diet exercise and rest. After a month go to your doctor. If your BP comes normal he may stop the medication or reduce the dose.
