Hi, I had one issue for my wife she having pain in her breast when ever we having sex normally once a week only we had sex.

Better to see a Surgical oncologist or a breast surgeon. They would examine you and if needed ask for an ultrasound. Pain in the breasts could be due to cyclical mastalgia, fibrocystic disease, hormonal changes due to OC pills or pregnancy, granulomatous mastitis, abscess, cysts, fat necrosis, bruising and rarely cancer. The treatment would depend upon the cause. Most common cause is cyclical mastalgia due to fibrocystic changes, which usually resolve with time. Treatment may be given if severe pain. Also pain anteriorly could be due to costichondritis which is inflammation of the rib and cartilage junction. Abscess leads to throbbing pain with redness Cyst may lead to pricking pain.
