Anemia can due to various causes. When low hemoglobin is due to deficiency of iron we prescribe medicines containing Iron. Dexorange and hepatoglobin syp contain multi vitamins and iron. Therefore It is advisable to first investigate what type of Anemia it is and what is possible cause of it. Then only any medicine should be taken.
