Apply duologel or mucopain ointment before you take meals or any hot item don't rinse after applying ointment ,u can only spit. Take good within 5mints or tea etc. Take b- capsule twice a day for 5 days. Don't do warm rinse of salt. Take normal food. Avoid hot food items. That's it.
