I have the problem of vitiligo. Something I feel it is increasing while in other it is reducing. My skin becomes redness behind palms in both hands and it causes severe itching and heating. Why it is so? I feel it occurs when I take mango or some sour material. Am I right? I am taking Pigmento tablet one each in morning and evening time daily. Please advice and guide me.
