Got beta hcg<0.1, 7-8 days after we tried to conceive, so I want to know whether the result is accurate (indicating not pregnant) as it's just been 7-8 days from the day we tried, or I need to wait for my next period cycle and take the test after that?

You have done the test too prematurely. You should have waited for 14 days before getting hcg levels. You can repeat a simple urinary hcg test before the blood test after 14 days from date of trying.
