Hi I am 29 years old girl from Delhi. I'm suffering from light headache specially in central part and in temples of both side of head and having floating like feeling swinging like feeling head spin. Symtoms got worsen in evening and in night. I can't handle my body balance. Changing side in bed and in sitting give me headache and head spin it's not actually vertigo BT my head spin most of the time. Raise my head and eyes also give me head spin. Weakness is very much and anxiety also der. Can't sleep in night properly. Tried eyes when headache help me. Anyone suggest something. I'm bounded in my home.
