My age is now 28 but I have turtling penis problem from my childhood. I have full erection when I go masturbation or in free time like midnight or when I shake or play it properly. But remaining time it's like invisible .I am very helpless. Because of this reason I never had sex still. I scared to reaction of girl of my tiny size. Please help me.

Penis erect position me hi sexual life ke liye important hota, flaccid condition me penis ka use Keval urination ke liye hota hai, so aap ko tension lene ki zrurat nahi hai. Bahut saare male me penis size flaccid condition me bahut small hota hai but erect condition me ye near about 3--4 time gain hota hai.
