I'm taking AKT-3 since 9 months for curing lymph node tb right side of Neck. How to know it is cured now? I have not taken AKT4 only Taking AKT-3 right from beginning.

Akt3 only from the beginning means a wrong treatment. However you have used it for 9 months. To know whether a lymph node tb is cured or not - main thing is symptomatic improvement - size may regress or in some cases the swelling may persist. Even if the swelling persist, it doesn't necessarily indicate the treatment failure etc. The disease is cured but the swelling persists. That's it. - if there are symptoms still and if you are suspecting a treatment failure, then you can go for a excision biopsy and send it for TB culture. This will be confirmatory.
